You need the few hundred people nearby who'd actually hire you to see your work, and somebody to answer the quote request sitting in your messages. We do both, every week, without you thinking about it.
Two jobs, really. Getting your work in front of people who live near enough to hire you, and answering them when they put their hand up. Most businesses do neither, and blame the algorithm.
Proof you did the work
The job you finished on Thursday is the best advertising you'll ever have, and it's sitting on your phone. We turn it into posts that the people nearby actually see. Not a million strangers. The few hundred within driving distance who might need you next month.
The neighbours see what you can do.
The message you didn't see
People ask for quotes in the DMs now. They comment asking if you cover their street. Those sit unread for days while you're on a job, and then they go and ask someone else. We're in there every day answering, so the ones who put their hand up actually get a reply.
Nobody who asks gets ignored.
And what makes handing it over worth it:
Made for each app
What lands on Facebook reads as trying too hard on Instagram. We cut each post for where it's going, instead of firing one graphic at five apps.
Built for where it's posted.
On brand without you checking
We build a brand agent trained on your voice, your claims, and what you'd never say. Every post is held against it before it publishes. No Sunday spent proofreading captions.
On message, every time.
It doesn't stop in week three
Most owners start strong. Three weeks in, a job runs long, the posting stops, and the page goes quiet. We're not on your jobs, so it keeps running when you're flat out.
It keeps going when you can't.
You're not learning it as you go
What to post. How to cut it. When it goes out. Why one landed and four didn't. That's somebody's full-time job, and you already have one.
Done by someone who knows how.
How it works
We make it, keep it on brand, post it, and answer whatever comes back.
01
Setup
We work out what's worth posting
We look at what you've got, what your competition is doing, and what your customers actually want to see. Which, for most trades, is the work itself and the odd bit of advice. Not memes, not motivational quotes.
02
Making it
We make it and keep it in your voice
We put together the month ahead. The posts, the graphics, the captions, the finished video, all produced by us and held against your brand agent so the voice stays yours. It's there to look over if you want it. You don't have to.
03
Ongoing
We post it and watch the inbox
It goes out on schedule and we stay in the comments and messages, so the person asking about their street gets an answer that day. Once a month you get the short version of what worked.
Not a vanity exercise
There's a quote request in your messages.
It's been there since Tuesday. Somebody saw the job you posted, liked the look of it, and asked what you'd charge. Nobody answered, so they asked the next roofer instead. That's not a like you missed out on. That's a job you'd already done the hard part of earning, lost in an inbox nobody opens.
The messages get answeredEvery day, not whenever someone remembers to look.
It doesn't stop when you're busyThe page keeps moving through the months you're flat out.
You're not working it out yourselfNo evenings spent guessing at what to post.
Common questions
The things owners ask right before they book. Still wondering something? Ask us on the call.
Do I have to be on TikTok? I run a serious business.
No. We pick where you post based on where your customers are, not what's fashionable. For most trades that's Facebook and Instagram, because that's where people locally actually are. TikTok has aged up a lot and works as a search engine for local services now, so it's worth a look, but it's a recommendation, not a requirement.
Do I have to make the videos and graphics myself?
No. We produce all of it: the content, the graphics, and the final edited video. You're not writing captions at night or working out how to cut a clip. Whatever we need from you we sort out once, at setup, and then it just runs. There's nothing waiting on you month to month.
Will you answer angry customers for me?
Yes, within limits we agree up front. Routine stuff we handle. Anything serious, or anyone genuinely furious, gets sent to you before we reply in public, because you know what happened on that job and we don't. We'd rather ask than guess and make it worse.
Do I have to approve every post?
No, and that's the point. What keeps it right is the brand agent we build for you, trained on your voice and the claims you're happy making, so every post gets checked against it before it publishes. The month ahead is there for you to look at whenever you feel like it. If you want a caption changed or a post killed, that's your call and you never have to explain it. It just isn't a job waiting on you.
How is this different from the ads you run?
Ads are you paying to get in front of someone who's never heard of you. This is what they find when they check you out afterwards. Somebody sees your ad, taps your profile, and either finds a business that's clearly working or a page that's been dead since 2022. One of those gets the call.
Isn't this just chasing likes?
It would be if we chased views. A video with a million views from people three provinces away is worth nothing to you. Eight hundred views from eight hundred homeowners near you is worth a season of work. We're after the second one, and that's what we report on.
Ready to stay visible without posting?
One quick call. We'll look at your accounts, and map out what running them properly looks like while you stay on the job.
