Your website, your quotes, your socials, and whatever's got your name on it should look like one business. We settle how you look and how you sound, once, and write it down so it stops drifting.
Straight-talking. Confident, never loud. We say what we'll do, then do it.
Decided onceWritten down · never argued again
What's involved
A brand is two things: how you look and how you sound. Most businesses have never actually decided either, so both drift, and the drift is what customers notice.
How your business looks
The logo, the colours down to the exact codes, the typefaces, the way photos of your work should be shot and used. Decided once, properly, so the sign, the quote, and the website stop looking like three different companies who happen to share a name.
One look, everywhere you show up.
How your business sounds
What you actually say, and how you say it. The promise you lead with, the way you answer a price question, the difference between sounding confident and sounding like every other ad. Written down so it survives whoever's typing.
You sound like you, not like a brochure.
And what keeps it from drifting back:
The whole thing, written down
One document holding every rule, every code, every decision. When you hire anyone to touch your marketing, you hand them this instead of explaining yourself again from scratch.
Explain it once, ever.
Every file where you can find it
Your logo in every format anyone will ever ask for, organized, labelled, and yours. No more digging through email for the good version when the sign shop needs one today.
Never hunt for a logo again.
Aimed at the gap
We look at what everyone else in your market is doing first. If your competitors across Toronto are all blue and red and say the same three things, being the one that isn't is worth more than being marginally prettier.
You stop blending into your competition.
Built to be used, not filed
This isn't a PDF you look at once and lose. Everything else we do for you, the site, the ads, the posts, the articles, gets built from it. That's what stops the drift.
The rules everything else follows.
How it works
Strategy first, design second. That order is the whole difference between a brand and a nice-looking logo.
01
Discovery
We ask the awkward questions
What you're genuinely better at, which jobs you actually want, who you keep losing to and why. We look at your old material and at what everyone else in your market is saying locally. This part is uncomfortable and it's where the value is.
02
Direction
We settle the strategy, then design
Positioning gets agreed before anyone opens a design tool, because design without a decision behind it is just taste. Then you see real directions, not one take-it-or-leave-it option, and we refine the one you pick.
03
Framework
We write it all down and hand it over
Every rule, every file, every decision, in one place and in plain language. Then we put it to work across your site, your ads, and everything else, so it starts earning instead of sitting in a folder.
Not decoration
The competitor charging double isn't better than you.
They just look like it. When two quotes land in the same inbox and one comes from a business that looks sharp and reads like it knows exactly what it's doing, price stops being the only thing on the table. That's what this buys you. Not a nicer logo. Room to charge what you're actually worth.
One look everywhereSite, quotes, socials, signage. The same business every time.
Words that sound like youWhat you say and how you say it, settled and written down.
Everything in one placeEvery file and rule, organized. Nothing left to hunt for.
Common questions
The things owners ask right before they book. Still wondering something? Ask us on the call.
I just need more leads. Why bother with this?
Because branding is often why your leads cost what they do. If your ads and your site look generic, you're paying to overcome doubt on every single click, and you're paying it forever. Fix how you look and sound and the same budget goes further, because people stop needing convincing that you're a real business. It's the bucket, not the tap.
Isn't this just a logo?
A logo is one file. This is the set of rules around it: exact colours, typefaces, how your photos should look, what you promise, how you sound answering a price question. Hand three people a logo with no rules and you'll get three different businesses back. The rules are the product.
How is this different from the website?
This decides the rules. The website applies them. Colours, type, voice, and positioning get settled here, then the site gets built to match. Doing it the other way round is how people end up paying to redesign the same site twice in two years.
Do we have to change our name?
Almost never. Usually the name is fine and everything around it is the problem. We'd only raise it if the name is legally messy, genuinely confusing, or carrying baggage in your area, and even then it's your call, not ours.
How long does it take?
It's part of the foundation we build early in your plan rather than a separate project with its own launch date. Expect a few weeks of real back and forth: questions about your business, a look at your competition, then rounds on the design. The thinking is the work, and rushing it is how you end up with a nice logo and no strategy.
What do you need from me?
Honest answers, mostly. An hour or two of questions about what you actually sell and who you want calling, whatever logos and photos you already have, and your feedback on the design rounds. Push back on us. Polite agreement gets you a worse result than an argument does.
