Stop doing busywork you can automate.

The phone. The quotes. The follow-ups. We find the jobs eating your week and build the AI that does them, so you get back to the work you love.

  • We find the time drains first
  • Built around how you already work
  • One process at a time, not everything

Hi, my kitchen tap won't stop running. Do you do emergency call-outs?
We do. Can you turn the valve under the sink? I can get someone to you first thing.
Got it, that's stopped it. First thing works.

What's involved

Not robots taking over. It starts with a look at how the work moves through your business, from the first ring to the paid invoice. Then we build software for the parts that don't need a person. These two are where most owners are losing the most.

The call you couldn't take

It rings while you're under a sink with both hands full. It rings at 9pm, and at 6am on a Sunday. Whoever answers gets the job, and right now that's whoever your customer calls second. We build an agent that picks up every time, talks like a person, works out what they need, and puts it straight in your calendar.

Every call answered. Even the 2am one.

Quotes while they still care

People want a number now, not on Thursday. We build the calculator that asks the right questions and gives them a real figure on the spot, using your pricing and your rules. They get an answer while they're still interested, and you get the lead either way.

A price on the spot, not a callback.

And the jobs that quietly eat the rest of your week:

Follow-ups nobody has to remember

The quote you sent on Tuesday. The enquiry that came in while you were on a roof. Every one gets chased, on time, by name, without you keeping a running list in your head or scribbling it on the back of an invoice.

No lead goes cold by accident.

The paperwork fills itself in

The job details land where they need to be, the invoice goes out, the customer record updates itself. Nobody types the same address into three different places on a Friday night.

You stop typing things twice.

Software built for how you work

Sometimes nothing off the shelf fits. A pricing tool that knows your real rates, a scheduler built around your crews, a tracker for the one thing you do differently to everyone else. We build that too.

Built for your job, not everyone's.

Posts that go out without you

The finished job you photographed at four o'clock gets written up and posted while you're driving home. Your socials stay alive on the weeks you're too flat out to think about them.

You stay visible on your busiest weeks.

How it works

Nothing goes near a customer until we've spent real time trying to make it fail. That's most of the job.

  1. 01
    Discovery

    We find where it's leaking

We follow how the work actually moves through your business. Who answers the phone, what happens to the message, where the quote gets stuck, what gets typed up twice, what never gets followed up. Then we tell you which of it is worth automating and which of it isn't.

  2. 02
    Build

We build it, then try to break it

Once it's built, we spend real time attacking it. Awkward questions, people talking over it, bad information going in, the stuff it shouldn't touch. We'd rather find where it falls over ourselves than let a customer find it first.

  3. 03
    Live

We start it small, then let it run

One thing goes live first, not the lot, so you can watch it handle real customers before it handles all of them. Then we widen it, take on the next job on the list, and keep it current as your prices, crews and services change.

Not a gimmick

A bad one is worse than doing nothing.

Everyone's been stuck shouting at a machine that won't understand them. If that's what answers your phone, you haven't just missed the call, you've annoyed the customer on the way. Same goes for anything else that touches them. So ours only knows what you know, hands over the second it's out of its depth, and we spend the build attacking it ourselves. That's the difference between this and something bolted on in an afternoon.

  • It only knows your businessYour prices, your services. It can't invent a policy.
  • It knows when to quitAnything odd goes to a person, with the full story attached.
  • We try to break it firstWe spend the build attacking it, so your customers can't.

Common questions

The things owners ask right before they book. Still wondering something? Ask us on the call.

What would you actually automate in my business?

We won't know until we've looked, and anyone who answers that on a website is guessing. It's usually the phone, the quote, the follow-up and the paperwork, because that's where the same job gets done over and over in most service businesses. Sometimes it's something specific to your trade that needs an app building. The first call is us working out which one is costing you the most.

Will it sound like a robot?

No, and if it did we wouldn't ship it. It pauses, it handles being interrupted, it says things like "let me check that for you." Most callers get a fair way in before they wonder. But the honest answer is that a bad one is worse than voicemail, which is exactly why we spend the build trying to break it.

What if it doesn't know the answer?

It says so and gets you. It's built with hard limits on what it's allowed to answer, and anything outside them goes to a real person along with a summary of what's been said, so nobody has to repeat themselves. It's built to hand over early rather than bluff.

Won't this replace my staff?

It replaces the jobs nobody wanted. Nobody on your team enjoys typing addresses into a form or answering the same question about your call-out fee for the ninth time today. It takes the routine so the people you pay can do the work you actually pay them for, and so you can take on more work without putting another salary on the books.

My business is too complicated for this.

Most are, in parts, and that's fine. This isn't all-or-nothing. If it handles the straightforward two-thirds and passes the rest to you with the details already written up, you've still got your evenings back. We'd rather automate a boring slice properly than the whole thing badly.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We use business-grade connections that don't feed your customer information into public models for training. Your pricing, your customer list, and your call recordings stay yours.

Do I own it?

Yes. We build it inside your own accounts, not ours, so the whole thing belongs to your business. If we parted ways tomorrow it keeps running and you keep the keys. No holding your phone line hostage.

Ready to get your week back?

One quick call. Tell us where your time actually goes, and we'll map out what's worth automating first, and exactly what it costs.
