What's involved

Running ads properly is two jobs. Getting the right people to click, and knowing what happened after they did. Most accounts we take over were only ever doing the first one.

Campaigns built to bring in calls

We research what your best customers actually type into Google, build the campaigns around those searches, and put your offer in front of them at the moment they're looking. Not boosted posts. Not whatever the platform's default wizard suggests.

Your ads reach people already looking to hire.

Tracking that proves what worked

Before a dollar goes out, we wire up tracking that survives ad blockers and privacy rules. Every call, form, and booking gets traced back to the exact ad that caused it, so nobody has to take our word for how it's going.

You see which ads earned their keep, and which didn't.

And the work that keeps it profitable once it's live:

Written and designed to sell

We write the headlines and build the images and video. An ad has one job: earn the click from someone worth having. Ours are built to do that, then tested against each other until we find the winner.

Ads people stop for.

Pruned and scaled every week

The auction moves constantly. We cut the keywords and images that burn money, push budget into what's working, and block the searches that waste it. This never stops.

Your budget follows the winners.

Retargeting the near-misses

Most people who click aren't ready that day. We follow up with the ones who visited and left, so a maybe turns into a booking instead of quietly going to whoever advertised next.

The ones who got away, brought back.

Reporting in plain English

One monthly report you can actually read: what went out, what came back, what it cost per job. No dashboards full of impressions and likes that don't pay anyone's wages.

Numbers that answer the only question.

How it works

Three steps, in this order for a reason. Nothing launches until we can prove what it's doing.

  1. 01
    Tracking

We set the tracking up first

Before anything goes live, we make sure every call and form traces back to the ad behind it. Most accounts we inherit were never set up this way, which is why their owners can't tell you what their ads earned. We don't launch until it's right.

  2. 02
    Build & launch

We build it and turn it on

We do the keyword research, write the ads, design the creative, and build the campaigns. You approve before launch. Then the ads go live and the first clicks start landing the same day.

  3. 03
    Optimize & scale

    We tighten it every month

Once the data comes in, we cut the waste and feed the winners. As the cost per job settles where it should be, we turn the budget up carefully, so growth doesn't come at the price of the numbers working.

No guesswork

You'll know what every dollar bought.

Most owners who call us have run ads before and still can't say what they got for the money. That's not bad luck. It's tracking that was never set up, on purpose or otherwise. We fix that first, then let the numbers speak for themselves.

Common questions

The things owners ask right before they book. Still wondering something? Ask us on the call.

How much do I need to spend on ads?

It depends on your market and what one job is worth to you. Bidding on emergency plumbing in Toronto costs very differently than a niche trade in a small town. We'll look at your numbers on the call and tell you what it realistically takes to compete, or tell you if ads aren't the right move yet. You pay Google and Meta directly for the clicks, so your budget stays yours to set and see.

Google or Facebook: which one should I be on?

Google catches people already looking for you. Someone types "emergency electrician near me" and you're there. Facebook works the other way, putting you in front of people who'd want you but weren't searching today. For most service businesses we start with Google, because intent is the easiest thing to sell to, then use Facebook to follow up with people who visited and didn't call.

Can you guarantee a cost per lead?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. We don't control your competitors' budgets, the season, or how fast your team calls a lead back. What we do control is expert management, honest tracking, and testing that keeps improving the numbers. If someone promises you a specific cost per lead before seeing your account, they're guessing.

How long before ads make money?

Clicks start day one. Profit takes longer. The platforms need two to four weeks of real data before they stop guessing who your buyers are, and the first stretch of any campaign is buying that data. Judge us on a 90-day trajectory, not a first invoice, because that's the honest timeline.

I tried Facebook ads before and they didn't work.

We hear this constantly, and it's usually one of two things. Either the budget was too small for the platform to ever learn who your buyers were, or the tracking was never set up, so it optimized toward nothing. Both are fixable. We'll pull up your old account on the call and show you which one it was.

What do you need from me?

A call to start, access to your ad accounts, and photos or video of your work if you have them. After that, the useful thing is telling us which leads turned into real jobs. That feedback is what sharpens the targeting. Everything else is ours to handle.

Ready to know what every dollar bought?

One quick call. We'll look at what you're spending now, what it's actually returning, and what properly tracked campaigns would change.
